The 2012 Honda Pilot is a midsize crossover SUV provided in four versions: LX, EX, EX-L and Touring.
The LX comes traditional with 17-inch metal wheels, keyless entry, back privacy glass, a trailer hitch, automatic headlights, a tilt-and-telescoping helm, cruise control, front and back air-conditioning, 60/40-split second- and third-row seatings and a seven-speaker stereo system with an optional stereo slot and CD/MP3 player.
The EX adds 18-inch alloy wheels, foglights, painted body molding (versus black plastic), heated look mirrors (on AWD models), an eight-way performance driver bench (with two-way performance lumbar), tri-zone automatic conditioning, Bluetooth phone and stereo connectivity, steering-wheel stereo controls and 2GB of digital audio cargo.
The EX-L upgrades include a sunroof, a performance liftgate, leather upholstery, heated front seatings, a performance passenger bench, a rearview camera, a multi-informational screen for stereo and car data, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, an Ipod/usb stereo interface and radio. Two auxillary features are provided on the EX-L: a rear-seat DVD entertainment system and a voice-activated navigator bundled with voice controls, a multi-angle rearview camera and a 15GB audio server.
Both the Ex-l's auxillary features are included on the high-end Touring model, which further adds roof rails, parking sensors, driver memory functions and a 10-speaker luxury audio system. .
