The 2012 Chrysler 200 is available in midsize sedan and convertible body styles. The sedan comes in an entry-level LX trim, while both can be had in Touring, Limited and S trims.
The LX sedan comes traditional with 17-inch metal wheels, keyless entry, full performance accessories, heated mirrors, cruise control, air-conditioning, a height-adjustable driver bench, a tilt-and-telescoping helm, a 60/40 split-folding back bench and a four-speaker audio system with a CD player, an optional stereo slot and helm controls. An eight-way performance driver bench and heated front seating is auxillary.
The Touring adds to or supplants the Lx's amenities with 17-inch alloy wheels, an updated transmission, automatic headlamps, automatic conditioning, a leather-wrapped helm and shifter and a six-speaker audio system with radio. The convertible features a performance cloth top and six-way performance front seatings. The Cold Weather suite adds heated front seatings and remote ignition. Auxillary on both the LX and the Touring is the Uconnect Voice Command suite that contains Bluetooth, an Ipod/usb stereo interface and an auto-dimming mirror. A touchscreen stereo interface that contains DVD stereo playback and digital audio cargo is auxillary.
The Limited adds to or supplants the Touring's amenities with 18-inch wheels, foglamps and leather upholstery. Features include a navigator with real-time traffic and a six-speaker Boston Acoustics audio system. The Limited convertible can be equipped with a retractable hardtop.
The Chrysler 200 S differs from the otherwise identically equipped Limited with a traditional V6 motor, dark look trim, a perforated leather-wrapped helm and the Boston Acoustics audio system. A sunroof is auxillary on all sedans but the LX. .
